Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an on-site Health, Safety & Environment Advisor for our Northern Nevada or Central Idaho mining projects.

You will advise operations and clients on safety matters, lead hazard assessments, audits and investigations, and ensure alignment with MSHA regulations and company programs. You will guide incident investigations, manage return-to-work processes, deliver site orientation and training, and collaborate with project teams to improve safety performance

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of MSHA regulations and 30 CFR.
• MSHA instructor card (Blue Card) and formal OH&S education are an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hazard assessments, inspections, and audits with reporting and corrective actions.
• On-site HS&E process guidance for operations management and safety systems.
• Data collection and reporting of safety metrics; recommend improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train teams on procedures.
• Support return‑to‑work processes and preventive safety measures.
• Facilitate site orientation and ongoing HS&E training.
