Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an HS&E Advisor to lead professional HS&E practices onsite at our mining project in Northern Nevada or Central Idaho. You will advise operations teams and clients on health and safety matters, applying MSHA regulations and industry standards with minimal supervision.

The role requires at least 2+ years of mining HS&E experience, strong communication, and the ability to pass pre-access requirements including a drug screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of MSHA regulations and 30 CFR.
• Strong communication skills across all project levels.
• Proven ability to guide operations on HS&E programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct hazard assessments and audits.
• Provide on-site HS&E guidance to management and clients.
• Analyze safety data and recommend improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Support return-to-work and preventive safety measures.
• Deliver site orientation and additional training as needed.
