Amrize is seeking a Mine Engineer/Geologist to support aggregate operations in the US Markets, with responsibilities spanning mine planning, 3D geologic modeling, and optimization of local mining operations. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders and coordination of drills, safety, and reclamation planning.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Mine Engineering or Geology, 1–5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of 3D mining software such as Carlson or Maptek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mine Engineering, Geologic Engineering, Geology, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Mine planning and 3D geologic modeling for sand & gravel sites and quarries.
• Develop life-of-mine plans and stripping programs.
• Assist with greenfield site development and new acquisitions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on reserve replacement and mine plan execution.
• Communicate findings and plans to operations and engineering teams.
