Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in hydrology or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Strong mechanical background and mining dewatering experience desired.
• Proficient PC skills: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Line out crews to achieve production goals.
• Develop and maintain mine dewatering programs.
• Coordinate maintenance of dewatering infrastructure and equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and policy compliance.
