Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling with NBCC accreditation (NCC).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in related field.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide mindfulness coaching and related Human Performance support.
• Develop mission-specific guidance for CRW personnel.
• Support cognitive resilience, decision-making under stress, and fatigue management objectives.
• Coordinate with squadron UFPMs and other Human Performance personnel.
• Maintain secure and compliant records of assessments and sessions.
