Job summary

Exos seeks a Mindfulness Coach to deliver Holistic Health and Fitness support to Airmen of the CRW, focusing on cognitive resilience, decision-making under stress, and fatigue management in a tactical setting. You’ll join a multi-disciplinary performance team, offering field-ready mental performance guidance and documenting outcomes in official records.

This full-time role requires a degree in psychology or counseling with NBCC NCC accreditation, and a minimum of two years’ experience, plus the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or counseling with NBCC accreditation for NCC.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
• Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).

Responsibilities

• Provide an integrated holistic evaluation for CRW Airmen and facilitate mindfulness coaching.
• Develop individual and team-based solutions to improve focus, attention, emotional regulation, decision-making under stress, and fatigue management.
• Provide field-ready mental performance guidance to maintain operational performance during deployments in operational environments.
• Document work performed and performance data in approved electronic record systems.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
