Job summary

EXOS in the United States is hiring a Mindfulness Coach to support CRW Airmen with holistic health and performance coaching. You will assess cognitive resilience, guide mindfulness training, and tailor solutions for high-tempo deployments.

Join a multidisciplinary team to improve focus, emotional regulation, and decision-making under stress, while documenting outcomes in approved records. The role requires a psychology/counseling degree and NBCC NCC accreditation, plus a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or counseling with a NBCC accreditation for NCC.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
• Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated holistic evaluation for CRW Airmen and facilitate mindfulness coaching.
• Develop individual and team-based solutions to improve focus, attention, emotional regulation, decision-making under stress, and fatigue management.
• Provide field-ready mental performance guidance to maintain operational performance during deployments in operational environments.
• Document work performed and performance data in approved electronic record systems.
