Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of Goldbelt, Inc., seeks a Mindfulness Coach to support Airmen of the Contingency Response Wing with evidence-based mindfulness and resilience training to improve focus, stress management, and performance in demanding operations.

This contingent role emphasizes mission-specific HP guidance before deployments, collaboration with an integrated team, and travel within CONUS. A strong background in psychology or counseling and NBCC NCC accreditation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or counseling; NBCC NCC accreditation.
• Minimum two years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship and SECRET clearance required.
• Experience in human performance or related fields is desirable.
• Travel within CONUS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and facilitates mindfulness, stress management, and cognitive resilience training for Airmen.
• Improve mission-ready physical and mental performance and reduce injuries.
• Provide HP guidance prior to deployments for CRW missions.
• Design HP solutions reflecting diverse AFSC demands and mission sets.
• Maintain readiness across CRW through performance coaching.
• Coordinate with Integrated Human Performance team and Air Force stakeholders.
• Travel for meetings and training as needed.
