Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is hiring a Mindfulness Coach to provide Holistic Health and Fitness support to Airmen in the Contingency Response Wing. You will deliver cognitive resilience training, mindfulness coaching, and fatigue management in a tactical setting.

This full-time role requires a psychology degree with NBCC accreditation, 2+ years’ experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. You will document outcomes in digital records and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or counseling with NBCC accreditation for NCC.
• Minimum of two years’ experience.
• Security clearance: Secret (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide an integrated holistic evaluation for CRW Airmen and facilitate mindfulness coaching.
• Develop individual and team-based solutions to improve focus, attention, emotional regulation, decision-making under stress, and fatigue management.
• Provide field-ready mental performance guidance to maintain operational performance during deployments in operational environments.
• Document work performed and performance data in approved electronic record systems.
