Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed goals by leading store initiatives
• Create an authentic, welcoming guest experience
• Educate customers about products, community and culture
• Build client relationships daily
• Ensure floor coverage and effective merchandising
• Support store leadership with scheduling and daily operations
• Foster a positive, safe and clean store environment
• Assist with shipments and product flow as needed
