Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Milwaukee to perform routine and preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems across multiple commercial properties in the greater Milwaukee area.

You will oversee building systems operations (boiler, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, elevators), coordinate vendor work, and implement necessary repairs. The role requires on-call rotation, basic computer skills, and a proactive, safety-conscious attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have general maintenance experience in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication and a helpful attitude when interacting with tenants and building occupants.
• Willingness to participate in on-call, after-hours and weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Oversee general building systems operations, including boiler, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and elevators.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work and service contractors.
• Perform general repairs/adjustments to building systems, lighting, and plumbing.
