This role partners with a vibrant Wisconsin team, overseeing food safety, labor, inventory, and recipe execution, with opportunities for leadership growth and a culture that celebrates Wisconsin food and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump on the line.
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and consistency.
• Coach, train, schedule, and develop Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers.
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during service.
• Maintain food, labor, and operating costs while achieving financial goals.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation.
• Ensure recipe execution, portion control, presentation, and ticket times.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department standards.
• Build a positive, accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth.
