Job summary

Milwaukee Burger Company is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead daily operations on the floor, coach the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll hire and develop future leaders while building schedules and maintaining staffing norms in a fast-paced kitchen and dining room.

You’ll drive labor control, quality, and profitability, celebrate wins, and keep the team motivated with a hands-on leadership style that matches our Wisconsin hospitality.
