Job summary

Graymont Limited seeks an experienced Industrial Millwright in Superior, Wisconsin, to perform maintenance on process equipment, conveyors, pumps, and valves. You will follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly, while supporting continuous production with timely repairs.

Candidates should hold a Journeyman Millwright Certification or equivalent experience, possess welding/fabrication skills, and be able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Millwright certification or 5+ years in maintenance preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
• Capable of lifting 75 lbs and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Graymont policies and procedures.
• Maintain health and safety incident reporting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment diagnostics.
• Repair mechanical systems including gear boxes, conveyors, pumps, and valves.
• Operate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Weld, fabricate, and perform calibration and inspections.
