Job summary

Graymont is seeking an Industrial Millwright to safely perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair process equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The role requires adherence to safety policies, reporting incidents, and supporting a safe production environment.

Schedule is 4-10 hour days; hourly rate is $41.38, with benefits including healthcare and pension.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Millwright certification or 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work rotating shifts.
• Welding and fabrication experience essential; capable of working independently or in a team.
• Capable of lifting 75 lbs; physically able for standing, kneeling, climbing.
• MSHA training and a valid driver’s license required.
• Process work orders in JDEdwards; strong math & measuring skills.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and installation of process equipment.
• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance; grease, oil, filter changes.
• Operate mobile equipment and heavy machinery as needed.
• Report health and safety incidents promptly; participate in safety meetings.
• Follow MSHA requirements and environmental practices.
• Maintain PM records and work orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment and root cause analysis.
