Job summary

Graymont is seeking an Industrial Millwright to perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within a production environment. The role requires troubleshooting, repair of process equipment, and installation work on gear boxes, conveyors, pumps, and fans.

The candidate should have a Journeyman Millwright Certification or 5+ years in maintenance, strong problem solving, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Journeyman millwright certification or 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work rotating shifts.
• Experience welding and fabrication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs; physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• MSHA training and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair process equipment and install gear boxes, conveyors, pumps, and fans.
• Maintain PM records and open/close work orders; follow safety procedures.
• Operate mobile equipment such as forklift, skid steer, and high lift as needed.
• Ensure environmental and safety compliance, report incidents per policy.
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays to support production.
