Qualifications

• Skilled in written and verbal communication.
• Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.
• Observe SIC safety and quality processes at all times.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Dismantle machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars and other hand tools.
• Move machinery using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Construct foundations for machines using hand tools and materials.
• Align machines using hoists, jacks, tools and precision instruments.
• Inspect and move equipment using rigging and cranes.
• Understand load properties of cables, ropes, and hoists and know signals.
• Fit bearings, align gears and attach motors per drawings.
• Perform precision leveling and measurement with calipers/micrometers.
• Repair and lubricate machines; operate with safety.
• Lift and carry objects; travel as required.
