Responsibilities

• Reads blueprint and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Dismantles machines using hand tools; moves machinery using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Constructs foundations for machines using hand tools and building materials.
• Aligns machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
• Unloads, inspects, and moves equipment using rigging and overhead cranes.
• Repairs and lubricates machines; ensures precision and accuracy in operation.
• Maintains safety and quality procedures; responds to hazardous conditions.
