Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade training preferred.
• Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance millwright work is preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hand/power tools and precision instruments.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures using inspection tools and troubleshoot.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Perform precision alignments including laser and dial indicator alignment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO and confined space rules.
