Job summary

Integrated Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Rock Hill, Chester County and York County area of South Carolina. This 3rd shift role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors and industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical diagrams.
Preventive maintenance and CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and material-handling equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime.
Diagnose issues involving motors, sensors, switches, relays, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, changeovers, and component replacements.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and equipment diagrams.
Maintain components such as bearings, gears, chains, sprockets, belts, motors, and fittings.
Document repairs, work orders, and parts usage in a CMMS or maintenance tracking system.
Support root-cause analysis, 5S, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.
