Pay Range

This range is provided by Pacific Coast Building Products. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base pay range

$28.64/hr - $43.03/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking individuals eager to grow within our company culture, which values hard work, safety, and teamwork. This role involves supporting our Production team through emergency repairs, equipment installation, and preventive maintenance. Fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain production line equipment.
• Maintain crusher equipment.
• Rebuild, design, and fabricate parts as needed.
• Assess whether machinery can be repaired or needs replacement.
• Document parts usage and restock supplies.
• Perform welding and cutting tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Complete other assigned projects and tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years industrial maintenance experience (preferred).
• Millwright experience (preferred and considered for compensation).
• Forklift license ability.
• Proven welding skills, certified or tested on-site.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, hydraulics, and troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts in a 24/7 plant.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
