Job summary

Prime Industrial Services is seeking a Foreman - Millwright in Fayetteville, AR to lead and supervise field crews focused on installing, maintaining, aligning, and relocating industrial equipment. You will coordinate daily activities and communicate progress with project teams and customers.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical aptitude, leadership, and a commitment to safety. Occasional travel, overtime, and extended hours may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Millwright experience in industrial construction or maintenance.
• 2 years of supervisory or crew leadership preferred.
• Experience with rigging, precision alignment, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
• OSHA regulations and safety practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise millwright crews for installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
• Coordinate daily activities, manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules.
• Review drawings and work plans with crew before starting work.
• Perform equipment installation, alignments, bearing replacements, and relocations.
• Oversee rigging and lifting with safety compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA, and quality standards.
• Track labor hours and project progress.
• Mentor apprentices and train crew members.
