Job summary

ForceSource is seeking a Foreman Millwright to lead maintenance and installation efforts in a manufacturing setting. You will supervise, diagnose complex issues, and coordinate downtime to maximize uptime while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, PLC troubleshooting, and hands-on expertise with welding, hydraulics, and electrical systems. You will mentor technicians and collaborate with engineering and operations teams in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in manufacturing with strong mechanical knowledge.
Proficiency reading schematics and electrical blueprints.
Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise millwright activities related to machinery installation, repair, and maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control system issues using schematics and tools.
Perform precision measurements to ensure alignment and calibration meet specs.
Conduct electrical diagnostics on PLCs and high/low voltage systems.
Utilize CMMS for work orders, inventory control, and scheduling.
