Job summary

CL Construction LLC seeks an experienced Millwright Foreman to lead field crews on installation and maintenance projects in agricultural and industrial settings. You will supervise daily operations, read engineering drawings, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on work with machinery, coordination with project managers, and travel about 50% with per diem for overnight stays. AWS welding experience is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of millwright or construction experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience in agricultural facility installation or maintenance preferred.
• AWS welding certification or stick welding experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling or timekeeping software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operationsand direct millwright crews on installation and maintenance tasks.
• Work hands-onwith machinery and equipment while guiding team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineersto align on plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Enforce safety standardsand ensure compliance through training and inspections.
• Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track.
• Manage labor hours, materials, and equipment to meet project goals.
• Travel approximately 50%; per diem provided for overnight stays.
