Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise millwright crews on industrial construction and installation projects.

• Perform millwright work including equipment installation, alignment, rigging, and maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and machinery.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, measurements, and job specifications.
• Train, direct, and support crew members.
• Monitor job quality and ensure work is completed correctly.
