Job summary

EBM Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agricultural Construction Crew Foreman to lead millwright crews on agricultural and industrial construction projects.

This hands-on leadership role directs a crew, solves field problems, and keeps projects moving, with travel up to 80% and a minimum 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in agricultural/industrial/millwright/construction, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of agricultural, industrial, millwright, or construction experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Construction Crew/Millwright employees.
• Plan daily work and assign crew responsibilities.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to crew members.
• Complete and review required jobsite documentation.
• Perform hands-on millwright and construction work as needed.
