The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of millwright experience, including 2 years in a leadership role, alongside strong mechanical, welding, and troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of millwright experience, including 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong background in agricultural equipment and grain-handling systems preferred.
