Job summary

Custom Agri Systems in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking an experienced Millwright Foreman to lead our crews on industrial installation and construction projects while staying hands-on in the field.

You will supervise millwright work, coordinate daily activities, read plans, install and align equipment, and uphold safety standards as you guide the team to do the job right the first time.

Qualifications

• Experience in millwright work or related industrial mechanical trades.
• Ability to lead and direct a crew on industrial projects.
• Skilled in equipment installation, alignment, rigging and mechanical work.
• Mechanically inclined with trouble-shooting capabilities.
• Able to read plans, drawings and measurements with safety as a focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise millwright crews on industrial construction and installation projects.
• Coordinate daily work and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Perform millwright work including equipment installation, alignment, rigging, and maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and machinery.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, measurements, and job specifications.
• Coordinate tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete projects.
• Train, direct, and support crew members.
• Monitor job quality and ensure work is completed correctly.
• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and project management.
• Troubleshoot problems and make field decisions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Lead by example and work hands-on with the crew.
• Take pride in doing the job right the first time.

Custom Agri Systems is a family-owned and operated company in Fergus Falls, MN, looking for an experienced Millwright Foreman to lead our crews and oversee industrial mechanical installation and construction projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and supervise millwright crews on industrial construction and installation projects

• Communicate with customers, supervisors, and project management


• Troubleshoot problems and make decisions in the field
