Trillium Construction is seeking Millwright Technicians to install robotic equipment in distribution centers across multiple states. This role involves significant travel, hands‑on installation work, and the opportunity to lead others on site. Ideal candidates are self‑starters with strong mechanical skills and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in warehouse/distribution centers
• Background in construction, warehousing, or equipment installation is highly beneficial
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting installation of construction materials or hardware
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read CAD drawings (ideal)
• Travel 80-100% with option to travel home every 2-3 weeks
• Valid driver’s license
• Forklift and Aerial lift certifications a plus
• Ability to read and mark measurements from drawings
