Job summary

Trillium Staffing seeks experienced Millwrights for precision mechanical assembly and installation of BESS cabinet/skid components in the Houston, TX area. The role requires performing alignment, leveling and positioning with hand and power tools, reading drawings, and ensuring safety on site.

Shifts are Mon-Fri, 10–12 hours, with 6–8 weeks of work. Wage is up to $30/hour plus a per diem of $160/day for all 7 days, with OSHA 10 preferred and background/drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a millwright in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints and layouts.
• Wamiliarity with PPE and site safety procedures; OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install mechanical components of BESS cabinets/skids.
• Install brackets, supports, panels, frames and other hardware and HVAC components.
• Perform alignment, leveling and positioning of components.
• Use hand and power tools, torque tools and other industrial tools.
• Read and follow drawings and manufacturer instructions.
• Torque fasteners to specified requirements; maintain cleanliness on site.

Seeking experienced Millwrights capable of performing precision mechanical assembly and installation of BESS cabinet/skid components in the Houston, TX area!

Working Monday-Friday, 10-12 hour shifts.Work is scheduled for 6-8 weeks.Pay for Millwrights is up to $30 an hour.Per diem of $160/day all 7 days.

Responsibilities for Millwrights

• Assemble and installmechanical components ofBESS cabinets/skids.
• Install brackets, supports, racks, panels, doors, frames, hardware, HVAC/thermal-management componentsand other mechanicalequipment.
• Perform alignment, levelingand positioning ofcomponents.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torquetools and otherindustrial tools.
• Read and followmechanical drawings, blueprints, layouts and manufacturerwork instructions.
• Measure and verifycomponent placement andalignment.
• Torque fasteners tospecified requirements.
• Perform cable tray/support and equipmentmounting work asdirected.
• Assist with battery/module handling andinstallation when properlytrained and authorized.
• Identify damaged, missingor improperly installedcomponents.
• Perform visual qualityinspections.
• Maintain a cleanand organized workarea.
• Follow all sitesafety procedures, PPErequirements and supervisorinstructions.

Qualifications:

• Must be ableto workMonday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts.
• Must be availablefor eitherday or nightshift.
• Must be ableto safely usebasic hand andpower tools appropriateto the position.
• Must successfully passrequiredbackground screening.
• Must successfully passrequireddrug screening.
• Must be willingto comply withall required PPEand site safetyrequirements.
• Must be ableto work extendedshifts while maintainingattention to detailand safe workpractices.
• OSHA 10 certificationpreferred.
• Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, mechanicalor electrical experiencepreferred.
