What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited millwright apprenticeship or equivalent technical training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a millwright or field service technician in an industrial setting
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Ability to travel extensively and work in various industrial environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Certification in welding, hydraulics, or electrical systems
• Experience with CNC machinery, conveyors, or heavy industrial equipment
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Strong background in safety protocols and OSHA regulations
