Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Millwright Technicians to install robotic equipment in distribution centers across multiple states. The role involves hands-on installation, travel, and the opportunity to lead others on site.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong mechanical skills and the ability to read CAD drawings and interpret technical documentation. Travel 80-100% with home every 2–3 weeks; per diem and hotel accommodations are provided.

• Experience in warehouse/distribution centers preferred.
• Ability to read CAD drawings is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Capable of interpreting technical documentation.
