Job summary

Corporate Interiors is hiring a Shipping Specialist, CIM, to prepare millwork products for shipment to job sites. You will review work orders, gather items, verify accuracy, and wrap/secure products for transport. You will label, stage, and assist with loading while maintaining safety and documentation.

The role emphasizes organization, diligence, and proactive communication with production and other departments to meet deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.

• Experience handling inventory and coordinating shipments.
• Strong written, technical and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, packing lists, and docs to determine shipments.
• Assemble and stage shipments, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Inspect products for damage before shipment and report issues.
• Label packages clearly and organize by delivery sequence.
• Assist with loading trucks and safe handling of materials.
• Maintain clean, organized shipping area and complete docs.
