Job summary

Boise Cascade is seeking a on-site, full-time Millwork Sales Support role in Lancaster, TX. The candidate will provide sales and marketing support for the Millwork business, track product sales, and coordinate promotions across customer locations.

Responsibilities include liaising with vendors and customers, assisting inside sales calls, maintaining product data, and supporting continuous process improvement while working extended hours for promotions and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and marketing support for the Millwork business.
• Monitor and track product sales, gross profit, product mix, promotions, and growth.
• Travel to customer locations 20-25% of time to support customers and promotions.
• Communicate strategic team goals to maximize profit in the sales territory.
• Maintain product information, price lists, and bill of materials in the system.
