Boise Cascade Company is seeking a Millwork Administrative Technician in Hatfield, MA. The role centers on organizing, entering, and coordinating data and activities within the millwork function, while maintaining PPE stock and OSHA policy binders.

Qualifications

• Data organization and entry for the functional area.
• Document writing, editing and proofreading as needed.
• Maintaining PPE inventory and OSHA policy binders.

Responsibilities

• Completes, organizes and coordinates data, information, and activities for the functional area and / or cross-functional areas.
• Keep PPE inventory and replenish as necessary.
• Maintain up to date OSHA Policy binders.
• Book safety events such as annual audiograms, noise level surveys, CRP, AED, First aid training, act.
• Role may require specific knowledge of functional area processes, procedures, products, policies and programs.
• Duties may include compiling information, writing, editing, proofreading documents and reports; answering mail and phone inquiries; filing and data entry.
• Role may prepare briefs, outlines, agendas, and presentations from publications, regulations, and documents.
• Responsive to internal and external customer needs.
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
