Job summary

Hansen & Company Woodworks in St. Joseph, MN is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial casework and architectural millwork projects from field measure through installation and closeout.

You will coordinate drafting, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. You will manage schedules, identify risks, and drive solutions across multiple active jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction coordination, or manufacturing settings.
• Experience with a manufacturing or casework/millwork ERP system; Innergy experience preferred.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and technical project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable resolving field conditions and discrepancies in real time.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active jobs using Innergy ERP and other project tracking tools.
• Spot risks, constraints, and scope changes early — and bring solutions and escalation paths, not just problems.
• Keep projects moving with real momentum from kickoff through closeout.
• Represent Hansen & Company Woodworks at jobsite meetings and field coordination meetings.
• Coordinate field measurements, installation schedules, and site logistics.
• Resolve field conditions, discrepancies, and installation issues in real time.
• Travel to jobsites as needed based on project scope.
