Job summary

O'Keefe Millwork in River Falls, WI leads high-end, custom millwork projects nationwide from drawings to installation. You will manage complex commercial work, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Wood Technology and 2-4 years of millwork project management experience, with strong Excel and Bluebeam skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial millwork/casework project management.
• Strong knowledge of AWI standards and ability to read architectural drawings/blueprints.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Bluebeam.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills with clarity and purpose.

Responsibilities

• Own the process: analyze plans, define scope, and drive timelines for submittals, fabrication, and install.
• Quality counts: review and QC shop drawings before client submission.
• Be the connector: communicate clearly with contractors, architects, vendors, and subs.
• Solve problems fast: draft RFIs, process change orders, and anticipate challenges.
• Make it happen: coordinate on-site work, gather field dimensions, and align all trades.
• Stay ahead: manage deliveries and ensure critical materials arrive on time.
• Keep it clean: handle billing, paperwork, and subcontractor authorizations.
