You’ll play a critical role in translating architectural intent into buildable, high‑quality millwork solutions, working closely with project managers, drafters, shop personnel, and job site teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one‑of‑a‑kind projects, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of custom architectural millwork, and grow within an employee‑owned organization that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and long‑term investment in its people.
