Typical Hours: Mon–Thu 9-hr days; Fri 4-hr; Core 8:00 AM–3:30 PM CT

Travel: Local job-site visits; mileage reimbursed; frequency varies week to week

You’ll play a critical role in translating architectural intent into buildable, high‑quality millwork solutions, working closely with project managers, drafters, shop personnel, and job site teams. You will split your time between collaborating in the office and visiting job sites for field measurements and project updates.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, proactively solving problems, and collaborating across both office and shop environments. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in custom millwork engineering, understands how things are built, and takes pride in ensuring accuracy before work ever reaches the shop floor.
