Job summary

Glocap Tech is seeking a Millwork Project Manager for an on-site, full-time role in New York. You will lead custom millwork projects from shop drawings to installation, coordinating with architecture, fabrication, and field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in architectural woodworking, plus strong reading of complex drawings and proficiency with CAD, Cabinet Vision, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architectural woodworking or commercial millwork PM
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings
• AWI standards knowledge and hardware understanding

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from handoff to punch list
• Review architectural blueprints and shop drawings; coordinate with engineering and shop leads
• Track costs, revisions, and issue timely change orders
• Coordinate sourcing for veneers, woods, hardware, and other materials
• Interface with GC, architects, designers, and site teams; conduct site visits and take measurements
