Concepts in Millwork in Englewood, CO seeks a Millwork Superintendent to bridge shop and field, ensuring precise field measurements, on-time delivery and high-quality installation of custom casework.

The role requires collaborating with Install, Engineering and Production, producing field reports, and ensuring safety and compliance while coordinating with contractors and other trades. Applicants with millwork experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Millwork field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Install, Engineering and Production to ensure quality, delivery and safety on all projects.
• Attend field meetings with General Contractors and other trades to keep schedules aligned.
• Document progress with field reports and photos; update ERP system with tasks and changes.
• Perform field dimension tasks and communicate any site readiness issues to the team.
• Keep the field area organized and compliant with safety regulations.
• Be open to feedback and coachable to improve processes.
