Job summary

Concepts in Millwork is seeking a skilled Millwork Installation Foreman to oversee high-end installation projects. You will lead field crews, ensure installations meet exacting quality standards, and keep projects on schedule.

You will coordinate with project managers and general contractors, manage deliveries, and uphold safety on site. A cabinetry certification and travel readiness are preferred, with a company vehicle provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising field crews in millwork installations.
• Strong carpentry skills with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Knowledge of AWI quality standards and safe installation practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
• Valid driving record and ability to travel nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field team to install millwork to project specs and schedule.
• Inspect job site readiness and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Coordinate deliveries with GC, PM, Production, and Installation Manager.
• Document any special items and report to Installation Manager.
• Submit daily installation reports and track progress against plan.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct weekly tailgate talks.
