Job summary

Concepts in Millwork invites a proactive Millwork Superintendent to lead field operations in Englewood, CO. You will coordinate between the shop, installation teams, engineering, and production to ensure precise field measurements, timely delivery, and strict safety compliance.

This role emphasizes collaboration, craftsmanship, and integrity. You’ll visit projects statewide as needed, document progress with field reports and photos, and maintain the INNERGY ERP with current task updates.

Qualifications

• Previous millwork experience including field measurements and shop drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; travel to CO & nationwide as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AWI quality standards; BlueBeam PDF; understanding of materials and fabrication methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Projects with Install, Engineering and Production to drive Quality, on-time Delivery and Safety.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with General Contractors and other trades.
• Check job-site conditions regularly and assess readiness for delivery and installation.
• Attend field meetings and communicate progress to GC’s and project team.
• Produce field reports with photos documenting progress and readiness.
• Keep INNERGY ERP up to date with tasks, deliverables, changes and requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with regulations.

Position Summary:

The Superintendent works primarily in the field, coordinating Projects with Install, Engineering and Production to drive Quality, on-time Delivery and Safety across all projects for the Project Management team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with General Contractors/other trades with the intent of providing precise and timely field/ project schedule information.
• Check job-site conditions on a regular basis.
• Educate self on job scope/requirements by attending initial handoffs and other meetings as required.
• Determine if site is ready to accept our product and where best access is for delivery and inform project coordination team if any special delivery equipment is needed.
• Make on-site project-related decisions and coordinate any issue resolutions.
• Attend project meetings in the field and communicate with GC’s on project progress.
• Produce field reports to include pictures to document progress, when areas were or were not ready to field dimension, deliver and install, changes to area and/or special conditions.
• Perform field dimension tasks as assigned and place in electronic folder in a timely manner.
• Keep our ERP system INNERGY up to date with any project tasks, deliverables, changes, requests, updates, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Must be open to feedback and coachable.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous millwork experience including field measurements and shop drawings is preferred.
• Possess a good driving record, meet the company's driver criteria and insurability requirements and have the ability to visit customers in Colorado Springs, Denver, the surrounding areas and/or nationwide when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AWI quality standards; BlueBeam PDF software; strong understanding of raw materials and fabrication methods.

Job Details

• Salary: $33-$40hourly commensurate with experience.
• Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift. Overtime Required as Needed.
