The role coordinates with Install, Engineering and Production to deliver quality, on-time delivery and safety, with a hands-on presence and strong Office tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• Field measurements and shop drawings experience preferred.
• Ability to visit Colorado Springs and Denver area job sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AWI standards knowledge.
• Understanding of millwork fabrication processes and materials.
• Strong problem-solving and communication in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field projects with Install, Engineering and Production to drive on-time delivery and safety.
• Check job-site conditions regularly and plan deliveries.
• Attend field meetings and report progress with field photos.
• Maintain INNERGY ERP updates for project tasks and changes.
• Manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with supervision.

Position Summary:

The Superintendent works primarily in the field, coordinating Projects with Install, Engineering and Production to drive Quality, on-time Delivery and Safety across all projects for the Project Management team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with General Contractors/other trades with the intent of providing precise and timely field/ project schedule information.
• Check job-site conditions on a regular basis.
• Educate self on job scope/requirements by attending initial handoffs and other meetings as required.
• Determine if site is ready to accept our product and where best access is for delivery and inform project coordination team if any special delivery equipment is needed.
• Make on-site project-related decisions and coordinate any issue resolutions.
• Attend project meetings in the field and communicate with GC's on project progress.
• Produce field reports to include pictures to document progress, when areas were or were not ready to field dimension, deliver and install, changes to area and/or special conditions.
• Perform field dimension tasks as assigned and place in electronic folder in a timely manner.
• Keep our ERP system INNERGY up to date with any project tasks, deliverables, changes, requests, updates, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Must be open to feedback and coachable.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Previous millwork experience including field measurements and shop drawings is preferred.
• Possess a good driving record, meet the company's driver criteria and insurability requirements and have the ability to visit customers in Colorado Springs, Denver, the surrounding areas and/or nationwide when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AWI quality standards; BlueBeam PDF software; strong understanding of raw materials and fabrication methods.

Job Details

• Salary: $33-$40hourly commensurate with experience.
• Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift. Overtime Required as Needed.
