Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam or similar bidding/plan-takeoff tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience organizing estimates and meeting bid deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, drawings, specs and project requirements to determine scope and quantities.
• Prepare labor and material cost estimates with line-item breakdowns and supporting docs.
• Perform material takeoffs and estimate variations for alternates and value engineering.
• Track emails for new bid opportunities and coordinate with teams/vendors.
• Compile estimate packages, maintain organized records, and ensure timely bid submissions.
