Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D parametric software (or willingness to learn).
• CNC experience is a plus; training available for the right craftsperson.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the critical link between design, engineering, and production translating concepts into precise manufacturing instructions.
• Create detailed manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or 3D software to break down cabinetry and millwork into parts.
• Prepare and document production workflows, cut lists, and installation sequences.
• Program 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Collaborate with engineering and shop teams to ensure seamless production.
• Identify smarter, more efficient ways to build complex custom work and uphold quality standards.
