Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a woodworking or cabinet shop.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom furniture and millwork to the highest quality standards.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Perform milling, assembly, veneering, and prep for finishing.
• Work independently on projects from start to finish.
• Execute precise joinery and advanced woodworking techniques.
• Maintain and sharpen hand tools (chisels, planes, etc.).
• Protect materials and in-progress work throughout fabrication.
• Track time and meet project deadlines (occasional overtime may be needed).
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Help lead projects and support team members when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
