Qualifications

• Self-motivated, dependable and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and mentoring entry-level staff.
• Read and interpret drawings and instructions for specialty projects.
• Maintain a safe, quality-focused work environment for processed products.
• Assemble cabinet boxes, doors, and drawers.
• Load cabinets and parts securely for transport.
• Support Boulder Mills production operations across affiliated plants.
