Qualifications

• Experience with high-end custom millwork and casework.
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and elevations to guide fabrication.
• Sand solid woods and veneers using pneumatic or hand tools.
• Fabricate countertops and casework per specifications.
• Lead a small team through diewalls, wall panels, and trim projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
