Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Millwork Quality Pro – Administrative to support Maintenance, Production, Safety, Accounting, and Operations. You will process vendor invoices in SAP, manage maintenance records, and support warranty and customer service activities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential. Office-based role with occasional access to production areas and a focus on accurate data across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or on-the-job training preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to navigate SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP, Serrala, MVP, CMMS, customer service, warranty, maintenance administration, or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new vendors into SAP and code vendor invoices.
• Maintain vendor invoice history and update preventive maintenance schedules in MVP.
• Input PM status updates into MVP and code maintenance time to machines.
• Maintain the Door Shop asset listing and machine numbers.
• Run downtime reports for equipment and assets; document safety audits.
