Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and sale of Milling Segment products.
• Report on customer activities, shipping and order volumes, sales forecasts, and logistics.
• Monitor competitive activity including pricing and product developments.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records in Dynamics CRM and publish reporting.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in milling.
• Initiate and maintain contact with customers and prospects.
• Cultivate accounts by coordinating with Procurement, Product Development, Production, and Technical Services.
• Identify key accounts and develop strategies to grow them.
• Oversee internet inquiries and direct opportunities appropriately.
• Coordinate new customer setup for milling accounts.
• Act as pricing liaison between sales and customer service.
• Support account management and sales initiatives.
